Ingredients
400g Australian Banana Prawns
2 x large chillies finely sliced, (Optional; extra for garnish)
2 x tbs olive oil
1 x bunch parsley
6 x cloves garlic finely sliced
1 x lemon
Salt and pepper to season
Method
Cook the SMART Protein Spaghetti in a large pan of boiling salted water until al dente.
Meanwhile, add olive oil to the base of a medium frying pan
Add garlic, and chilli and cook for 1 min
Add prawns, and cook until slightly browned
Drain the spaghetti, reserving some of the liquid, add the spaghetti to the pan and a dash of pasta water then toss through.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon, parsley, (optional; extra chilli) and salt and pepper to taste
