Ingredients
2 tbs basil pesto
400g fresh cherry tomatos sliced in halves
15g fresh basil leaves
220g cherry bocconcini sliced in halves
Cracked pepper to serve
Method
Cook pasta as per package directions.
In a large bowl stir through pesto into cooked pasta until evenly spread
Add tomatos, bocconcini and stir through
Serve with fresh basil leaves and cracked pepper
